Michael likes to spend one-on-one time with students to assess their starting points and needs. He welcomes non-yogis, beginners, and weekend warriors. In his class, you move through gentle, basic sequences of stretches to unwind dysfunctional pain patterns we create at home, work or playing. You will learn how to re-balance your body’s tonic and phasic muscles to fire in a correct sequence that supports all your activities.
